ClickandGo.com is a web based holiday company specially set up to book all your holiday needs online. This is a travel company for the 21st century. A travel company for now and for the future. We've carried out extensive research to understand how holiday patterns have changed and to find out what you want from a holiday company. At ClickandGo.com our aim is to be a "one stop online travel shop". We want to make it quick and easy for you to book the holiday you want.
WHO ARE WE?
The people behind the project are Bob Haugh, Paul Hackett and Eugene Corcoran. All worked together in Budget Travel at some point in their careers. Bob Haugh set up The Travel Department in 1996 and it's now Ireland's largest escorted tours company. Paul Hackett was Marketing Manager in Budget Travel before he set up NST, Ireland's largest Educational Travel Company. Eugene Corcoran was Managing Director of Budget Travel for many years. Jacinta Mc Glynn, Marian Judge, Bettina Haltmayer and Mark Rooney also worked in Budget Travel and collectively have a century's experience behind them!
WHY NOW?
The travel business has changed dramatically over the past number of years and traditional methods of booking holidays are radically different. We carried out our own extensive research to understand how holiday patterns have changed and to find out what today's consumer really wants from a holiday company. At ClickandGo.com we decided that, although there are a few companies out there at the moment who advertise online holidays, it simply was not a good enough service and we wanted to add a further dimension. We wanted to be different. We wanted to offer more choice. We wanted to offer more independence. BUT, above all, we wanted to offer flexibility at the best price.

We certainly aim to be unique. Other websites offer 50.000 or 70.000 hotel choices, all geared towards a worldwide market. These can literally take hours to trawl through. Who has the time or patience for that? At ClickandGo.com, we have a smaller, much more manageable selection of hotels, aparthotels and apartments and all have been vetted by members of our highly experienced staff. This is accommodation geared towards the Irish market with properties ranging from 2 to 5 star and with prices to suit every pocket. We make our contracts directly with our agents abroad or directly with the relevant property in order to get the very best possible prices. This simply guarantees that any savings made can be passed directly on to you.
We're definitely more just than a holiday website. We have local contacts in every destination who can offer representation and assistance, if required. We bring all the key elements together in a unique formula. Collectively, our staff members have enormous experience of the travel business, from airline protocol right down to the nitty gritty details of the facilities offered in our properties and even what restaurants might be best in each resort!
