Parque Santiago III & IV

Parque Santiago Apartments are a popular choice and enjoy a superb location - seafront and in the heart of Playa de las Americas! The complex is very large and is built in several separate phases and each block has its own amenities including saltwater swimming pools, large sun terraces, restaurants, bars, a shopping arcade, supermarket and more....

The children's pool is actually a small (freshwater) waterpark with slides and is heated in winter. A playground is also available. Parque Santiago is really at the heart of the resort in that the many pubs, cafes, bars, shops and restaurants are only a few minutes walk away. The perfect holiday venue for families, couples and singles, the atmosphere is laid back, casual and informal and wholly geared towards pleasurable relaxation. Occupying a prime beachfront position, the property spreads over an extensive area of Playa de las Americas and has immediate access to the sandy beach just 200 metres away - this must be one of the best situations in the entire resort.

Studios are bedsitter type with twin beds ( and sofa bed for 1 child), equipped kitchenette, safe*, TV, bathroom and balcony or terrace. One and two bedroom apartments have separate bedroom(s) with twin beds and lounge area with sofa bed. All units are decorated in Canarian style, with wooden furniture and brightly coloured furnishings. Some One Bedroom units are duplex style, where the bedroom is open-plan on the upper floor.

NOTE: Guests may be accommodated in either Parque Santiago III or IV block. This is at discretion of management in the complex and both blocks are similar standard and layout.

Playa de las Americas

If you haven't heard of Playa de las Americas, you are probably not of this world! Renowned far and wide as a top European holiday hotspot, the infrastructure here lacks nothing. The "Veronicas" strip in Playa is where it all seems to happen when the disco lights brighten and the bars fill up with happy holidaymakers. From early evening, the promenade is a busy thoroughfare when everyone takes a ramble to see and be seen and wonder where to stop for a drink or dinner. Decisions, decisions - the selection is vast.
