GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at time of booking. Cancellations must be received at least 15 days prior to arrival or late cancellation penalties apply as follows - Cxl recd14 to 8 days prior to arrival - 50pct of ttl reserved stay. Same applies for no-show. Cxl recd 7 or fewer days pta - 100pct of ttl reserved stay. Same applies for no show.
The resort reserves the right to charge an additional one night early departure fee for any booking that departs earlier than the pre-arranged departure date.
A Langkawi Tourism Promotion fee of MYR 5 per room per night will be collected upon check-out.
A Malaysia Tourism tax of MYR 10 per room per night will also be collected from all foreign nationals upon check-out.
