Terms and Conditions for Promotions
At Click&Go, we often run promotions, whether it's our award-winning €1 holiday deposit or a competition. To get more information on these promotions, please read below.
- Travel Dates: Applies to holidays booked more than 10 weeks in advance with Aer Lingus flights only.
- Eligible Bookings: Only applicable to package holidays sold by SimplySun Ltd., trading as Click&Go to the UK, Europe or the Canary Islands with Aer Lingus flights. The offer excludes all other destinations and airlines. The offer excludes group bookings of more than 6 passengers. A deposit €1/£1 per person, including children (no deposit for infants) must be paid at time of booking. Payment by credit and debit cards only.
- Once you have booked your SimplySun Ltd., trading as Click&Go holiday for €1/£1 deposit per person and received your confirmation invoice you are liable to pay, to us, the full amount of the outstanding balance of the cost of your holiday (as advised to you at the time of booking and as set out in your Confirmation Invoice).
- A second deposit of €150/£150 per person will be due 4 weeks after the initial booking. Payment for the final balance will be due 10 weeks prior to departure.
- If we are unable to collect payment for the 2nd Deposit or the final balance on your booking, we will be entitled to cancel your booking and you will remain liable to pay the outstanding balance of all non-refundable elements (as per our standard terms and conditions).
- Cancellation Charges, please refer to clause 16 in our Terms & Conditions.
- Special Condition: SimplySun Ltd., trading as Click&Go reserves the right to withdraw this €1/£1 Deposit Promotion at any time.

- No Click&Go change fee applies to holidays travelling up to and including 31 January 2023.
- Refundable & amendable accommodation as per Click&Go Terms and Conditions.
- No change fees on selected flights.
- Aer Lingus – you can change your flight for free up until 7 days before departure. This includes changing your travel dates and/or destination, once it’s within the same region (Europe or North America), until 31 January 2023. Fare difference may apply. All other fare conditions remain as per airline T&C’s.
- Ryanair - change fee and fare difference may apply.
- Other airlines – as per the airlines Terms and Conditions.
- Offer may be extended, changed or withdrawn without notice.

Voucher code is valid for Package Holiday bookings only, including flights and accommodation from our Sun, Cruise, and USA (United States of America) programme.

Offer consists of a holiday voucher code which can be redeemed as follows:

€100 off a package holiday booking with two adults;

€125 off a package holiday booking with two adults and one child;

€150 off a package holiday booking with two adults and two children.

Each voucher code is unique and can only be used once. The voucher code is redeemable online www.clickandgo.com or through our call centre 01 699 5179. The correct reduction will be automatically applied once the voucher code is entered whilst making a booking.

Holiday voucher codes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable and no cash alternative will be available in any circumstances.

- Travel period must be between March 2024 to December 2024 subject to the maximum value of the prize. The winner can add their own funds if they wish.
- Competition runs from 1 to 29 February 2024
- Booking must be made Friday, 15 March 2024
- Hotel will be chosen by Click&Go and will be one of the hotels featured on ClickandGo.com

- Discounts are per booking for any booking with 2 or more people travelling.
- The holiday price excludes checked in luggage or the costs of booking seats on flights.
- The holiday price is made up of the basic flight cost, accommodation and transfers if included.

- Promo codes cannot be combined with any other offer and are based on live pricing from the Click&Go website only.

Details of the promocodes
- €150 per booking / €75 per person off holidays costing €1,000+ per person
- €100 per booking / €50 per person off holidays costing €800 to €999 per person
- €60 per booking / €30 per person off holidays costing €600 to €799 per person
- For holidays costing less than €600pp we offer a 5% discount off the accommodation for repeat customers.
