What is the Think Customer Award?

Every month, all Click&Go employees have the opportunity to nominate a colleague they believe deserves special recognition for their hard work and dedication to upholding the company’s core values.

At Click&Go, we strive to be forward-thinking, human, responsible, and happy in order to best help our clients book straightforward, stress-free, and great-value holidays. Each winner of the Think Customer Award shows passion for improving Click&Go through their unique contributions.

Przemek Topor— Email Marketing Specialist

As Click&Go’s Email Marketing Specialist, Przemek focuses on curating visually appealing emails, building effective email lists, and nurturing leads through written communication. He balances content from various destinations across all holiday types, geared towards specific audiences depending on the campaign.

From over 50’s deals to family holidays in Disneyland, Przemek’s emails inform people about Click&Go and inspire them to consider holidays with us. Przemek employs great creativity and attention to detail in ensuring that each of his emails is of high quality, engaging, and has the potential to drive a significant amount of traffic to the website.

Colleagues’ Nominations

Przemek was voted the winner of the Think Customer Award this past January due to the volume of positive nominations from his colleagues. Several of his colleagues describe Przemek as “helpful,” “easy to work with,” and “friendly.”

In addition to his excellent disposition, Przemek’s colleagues commend his work ethic, calling him “engaged in his role and very proactive,” as well as “always improving and innovating the email templates.” Przemek’s hard work has certainly paid off, considering that “emails opens, clicks and bookings were all up strongly through the email channel in January.”

Przemek’s manager notes that “he is a great asset to the team. He is forward-thinking, and he knows exactly what is happening in his channel at all times. He is very easy to get along with as well.”
