Playa de Las Americas

If you haven't heard of Playa de las Americas, you are probably not of this world! Renowned far and wide as a top European holiday hotspot, the infrastructure here lacks nothing. Playa de las Americas is located in the south of Tenerife and is only around 15 minutes from the airport! From the wide rim of dark sand beach (remember the volcanic deposits of Mount Teide) to the bordering promenade, the area fairly buzzes with activity.
