Hotel Beatriz Costa & Spa

Hotel Beatriz Costa & Spa is a four-star large hotel located in Costa Teguise, Lanzarote approximately 5 minutes from the beach and the town centre. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to both destinations, and the airport is located only 15 km away. Though some might prefer a hotel on the seafront, the 15-minute stroll down to the beach is actually a lovely walk.

The facility itself is beautifully decorated, with a sizable atrium in the reception area keeping the design nice and bright. The rooms are expansive, with serene views of the pool and lounge area below. Repeat clients always cite the food and overall ambience as their key reasons for returning. Many even make friends they come back to see each year due to the fun entertainment and social atmosphere at the Costa. The bar is great for grabbing a drink with friends and then dancing to live music in the evenings!

Hotel Beatriz Playa & Spa

The Costa’s sister hotel, the Hotel Beatriz Playa & Spa, is situated in Matagorda on the Puerto del Carmen promenade. The four-star hotel is also less than a ten-minute drive from the airport. Unlike the Costa, the Playa, as its name suggests, is right on the beach. Many of the rooms, therefore, have brilliant sea views, and the beach is only a short walk down from the pool area.

Though the Playa isn’t in the very heart of Puerto del Carmen, there are still a number of bars, restaurants, and stores in the nearby shopping centre on Calle Gramillo. For those seeking a more lively atmosphere, it’s a 4km walk along the beachfront promenade or short taxi ride into the more bustling district of Puerto del Carmen.

Vik Hotel San Antonio

This elegant hotel is well-known in the Irish market, and even those staying at other hotels in Lanzarote will visit the Vik Hotel San Antonio. The Vik offers dynamic entertainment, a sophisticated environment, and high-quality cuisine.

This four-star hotel is in a very desirable location right on the beach in Puerto del Carmen. It features exciting shows such as cabarets, jugglers, musicians, and, of course, lots of live music for dancing! The Vik is slightly more expensive than the other two options, yet the luxury experience is well worth the price.

Note: Our deals with the Vik are exclusively for over 55’s in the Summer season and over 60’s in the Winter!

Things to Do in Lanzarote

Lanzarote is a sun destination rife with interesting, exciting things to do. Not only does it have beautiful beaches and sunny skies, but it’s also the home of Timanfaya National Park. This volcanic playground offers brilliant views of the Lanzarote’s otherworldly crimson rock formations.

Similarly, don’t miss the Jameos del Agua, an underground maze of volcanic caves and tunnels designed by Lanzarote native Cesar Manrique. A dolphin cruise or a sunset dinner cruise are great options to enjoy the island by sea, while wine tasting in La Geria Valley is an excellent way to spend the day on land.
