Holidays to Talamanca Ibiza

Another gem in the star studded crown of the island of Ibiza is the little resort of Talamanca. Located just a few km from Ibiza Town, Talamanca has an attractive beach which is a mile long sandy stretch, perfect for leisurely walks and, as the shoreline shelves gently, the area is ideal for safe swimming.

Staying in a resort like Talamanca means holidays to Ibiza can be quite idyllic. So close to the picturesque town, (Ibiza is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site), it guarantees many delightful evenings strolling around the port, eating in open air restaurants or doing a spot of people watching from an uber trendy bar.

Ibiza holidays offer huge diversity and can seem like a bit of a dichotomy as they appeal to such different markets. Young and lively guests and family groups are equally happy in Ibiza, but Talamanca especially is heaven sent for parents and children.  Aqualandia waterpark will keep the children enthralled and there is a good selection of watersports available from the beach, including sailing lessons and windsurfing tuition.

Boat trips from Talamanca to Ibiza Town run regularly (as do local buses) and it is then easy to visit nearby resorts like Figueretas or Playa d'en Bossa. In fact, a pleasant 20 minute seafront walk to Ibiza harbour is just the thing to whet the appetite to enjoy delicious Ibizenco food.
