Christmas Fair Vorosmarty Square: The Christmas market at Vorosmarty Square is the city’s best known, internationally recognised winter market. With over 100 stalls to explore, there’s no shortage of beautiful handmade gifts, decorations, and crafts to check out. The market is centrally located outside the Gerbeaud Coffee House. Christmas Market by Basilica: Set in the spacious square outside St. Stephen’s Basilica in the city centre, this Christmas market is definitely worth visiting while in Budapest. The elegant edifice of the basilica makes for a stunning backdrop for the Christmas market.
