Old Town Square: The most famous of Prague’s Christmas markets takes place in the heart of the Old Town Square, running from 29 November 2025 until 6 January 2026. Framed by centuries-old Gothic, Baroque, and Renaissance buildings, it offers one of the city’s most magical festive settings. At its center stands a towering Christmas tree glittering with hundreds of lights, while concerts and short performances fill the nearby stage with holiday cheer.
St. Wenceslas Square: Another popular, picturesque Christmas market in Prague occurs each year in St. Wenceslas Square. Just a short walk away, the Christmas market at Wenceslas Square also runs from 29 November 2025 to 6 January 2026. Though smaller and slightly less crowded than Old Town Square, it still brims with festive charm. Republic Square: Located near the city center, the Christmas market at Republic Square will be open from 25 November to 24 December 2025.
