1.  Your Booking and Money is Safe with Click&Go

Click&Go is fully licensed by the Irish Aviation Authority (IAA), licence number TA0700. Click&Go has all the required bonds and financial protection in place so your holiday is fully protected. We are also a member of the Irish Travel Agents Association. Click&Go is an Irish owned company based in Dublin 1.

We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and our experienced team are available to help you seven days per week. You can reach our team through your MyClick&Go account, by phone, email or via our social media channels.

Through your MyClick&Go account you can:

• View your holiday details.
• Make secure payments off your holiday (or check your balance)
• Add checked in baggage.
• Add or upgrade your transfers.
• Add insurance details or purchase travel insurance.
• Make amendments in line with Terms & Conditions, to your holiday up to 7 days before travel, such as

  • Change or upgrade your accommodation.
  • Request a date change.
• View & print your travel documents.

We want everyone to be able to go on well-deserved holidays and we understand that our customers need flexibility around payments, to suit their own situation. This is why we pride ourselves on offering a variety of ways to pay off your holiday. Our award winning €1 deposit* gives you the opportunity to book your dream holiday with a low booking fee and once booked, we offer a variety of ways to pay off your trip. Through your MyClick&Go account on our website, you can manage your payments directly and this tool also gives you complete control over your holiday booking, from amending booking details to making payments. If you prefer to speak with a member of our team, we are open seven days a week and happy to take payment for your trip over the phone.

*We want to make booking and going on holiday as easy as possible. If you book a European holiday with Aer Lingus flights a minimum of 10 weeks before departure, you can avail of our €1pp holiday deposit. For all holidays booked more than 10 weeks before travel you can then choose to pay off the balance straight away, avail of our monthly payment plan or pay whenever you have extra money to spare.

5.  Accommodation – No Click&Go Change fees

Click&Go has removed non-refundable accommodation from our website so the majority of the accommodation we offer is refundable and/or amendable subject to Click&Go Terms and Conditions. This means that you have flexibility with your holiday plans. All accommodation is amendable up to 7 days before travel.

Click&Go are not imposing amendment fees on bookings for 2023 at this time.

We will facilitate date changes, cancellations, and amendments subject to our standard terms and conditions.
