Twinkling all its 5 stars from a lush green promontory jutting into the turquoise waters of the Adriatic, Croatia Hotel has a privileged setting indeed. Located in a copse of pine and cypress trees, the hotel nestles in a secluded area, yet is only about 15 minutes walk (downhill!) from the village of Cavtat. There is access to rocky bathing from the hotel. Regular bus and boat services operate close by to Dubrovnik on a daily basis. On-site amenities in the property include a large swimming pool, children's pool, sun terraces, indoor pool, Wellness centre with sauna, massage and various treatments, hair salon, beauty salon, tennis, boules, table tennis and volleyball. Further facilities on offer include several restaurants, coffee shop and piano bar, children's playground and kiddies mini club (3 - 12 years in July and Aug.).
Rooms are double bedded and have air conditioning, phone, satellite TV, safe, minibar*, hairdryer, bathrobe, bathroom and balcony or terrace. Superior rooms with Sea views and Deluxe rooms on higher floors for even better sea views are also available.

Located on the gorgeous Adriatic Coast, the little resort of Cavtat actually has a long history. Founded by the Greeks in the 6th century BC, its original name was Epidaurus and it is one of the oldest settlements in the region. Now, because of its beauty, it is one of the most famous tourist towns in the area. Croatia holidays often include Cavtat as one of the main destinations as the resort is tailor made for peace and quiet, heady with the redolent scent of pine trees and romantically renowned for magnificent sunsets over the Adriatic.
Well situated just 15 km south of beautiful Dubrovnik and the little neighbouring resort of Lapad, the resort is well known for its lovely sandy beach, good restaurants and wide range of bars and local shops. Cocooned in clusters of pine trees, the sheltered bay is totally in harmony with nature. Lovely wooded walks are a feature of the Dalmatian Coast and the area around Cavtat is no exception.
Lots of little boat trips can be organised from Cavtat and, with a coastline so rich in secret coves, hidden inlets and idyllic islands lush with foliage, it is highly recommended to explore and discover these gems which dot the landscape and populate the Adriatic. So holidays to Croatia are extremely versatile and do not rely on just the marvellous sunshine!
