Beach babes, take note! With its seafront location in Matagorda (300m from the cente), Beatriz Playa & Spa Hotel is a dream destination if you enjoy toe dipping distance from the sea. Matagorda is a lovely little resort in its own right, but if the brighter lights of Puerto del Carmen twinkle, it is 5 klms away. Beatriz Playa & Spa has two attractive freeform swimming pools that overlook the sea and the selection of in- house amenities includes 3 restaurants, bar, piano bar, cafe, ice cream parlour, snack bar, mini golf, gym, mini club for kids and mini disco.
The spa & wellness centre offers sauna, massage, hydrothermal pool, jacuzzi, contrast showers, holistic therapies and beauty treatments (all at extra charge locally). Daytime activities and evening entertainment set the pace for being active or, if you feel downright slothful (and you are on holiday after all), just amble to the nearest sun lounger and drift into slumber! The rooms in the hotel are spacious and very comfortable, staff are unfailingly helpful and the overall ambience is one of utter pleasure and relaxation.
Rooms are air conditioned and have safe, phone, hairdryer, TV, mini fridge, bathroom and balcony or terrace. Completely renovated Superior rooms (with or without sea view) come with a modern design and feature an integrated lounge with the sleeping area and a sofa bed. Junior suites (up to 3 adults + 2 children) are spacious and consists of 1 bedroom connecting to the living area with a sofa bed.
