A recent addition to the Hotels Real group of properties, Real Marina Residence may be a new kid on the block, but this baby is sophisticated and chic and offers superb quality accommodation for the discerning visitor. Well located overlooking the lovely leisure marina of Olhao, the property has access to all the local amenities of the town and boat trips run regularly to some lovely, virtually deserted beaches on the islands along the Ria Formosa waterway. Forming part of the Real Marina development, the Residence is next to its 5 star neighbour, the Real Marina Hotel & Spa. Amenities of the hotel include an outdoor pool, marvellous spa and indoor pool, treatment rooms, gym, sauna and jacuzzi (these facilities are available at an extra charge, payable locally) plus there is a bar and restaurant in the hotel. The Residence itself provides 2 or 3 rooftop swimming pools in each of its separate apartment blocks with courtesy sunbeds.
Apartments are state of the art and fully self contained. Modern, spacious and with highest quality specification, furnishings and decor are tasteful, in muted colourways and in minimilist style. One bedroom units for up to 4 persons, two bedroom units for up to 5 persons and three bedroom units have capacity for up to 7 persons. Each has a separate twin bedroom(s) and living room with large sofa bed. The two and three bedroom apartments all have one double and one or two twin bedrooms. All apartments have bathroom with hairdryer, fully equipped kitchen (cooker, fridge / freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher etc.), dining table and chairs, LCD TV, phone and safe.
