Job Description

The Head of Marketing is a new role and will be focused on developing and executing the marketing (Digital & Offline) strategy across multiple channels and markets within the ClickandGo.com portfolio. They will make decisions regarding people, processes and technology and be responsible for future strategy and development of the marketing team.

This is a highly target driven role working in a fast paced environment. A key part of the role will be focused on understanding the attributed value of all digital channels and maximising online spend for optimal ROI. A focus on personalised marketing messages will be at the forefront of the marketing strategy and introducing an e-commerce personalisation platform will be a priority for this role.

This is a data driven role and will involve working closely with CRM/CRO to understand and target key customer segments and working to increase the average order value and lifetime value of our customers.

Understanding and improving the customer experience is another key focus area. Working with Brand and CRO, understand what part individual channels play in the path to conversion and work to improve the conversion rate of all demand channels.

This role will equally focused across desktop/tablet and mobile and be a key driver in the move to a mobile equal view of the marketplace.

The Brand Manager will also drive the Customer Experience focus internally and ensure that our Brand promise is being translated into a superior Customer Experience mindset across all functions.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Due to our rapid growth and to ensure our ongoing expansion, we are now looking for a passionate digital professional to drive growth through the development of an active affiliate partner network.

Primary responsibilities

•    Develop and continually grow an active affiliate network to drive engagement and bookings
•    Investigate and engage directly with potential affiliate/partner websites
•    Negotiate with potential partner websites and networks to ensure the best possible ROI
•    Provide content and offers to partners on an ongoing basis
•    Track and report on all affiliate and partner activities
•    Monitor current digital trends and technologies to inform the overall affiliate strategy

A proven track record of successfully developing and rolling out affiliate programmes

4. Job description – Operations Executive – Weekend cover on full or part time basis

Job Description

The main purpose of this role is to handle all administrative functions as part of Operations Team at Click&Go in a timely and professional manner. The Operations Team are the primary point of contact for our clients before travel, and when they are on holidays. A high level of customer service and efficiency is required from the team in order to provide an excellent customer experience. The role involves handling all queries on existing bookings and is very hands on, with both customers and suppliers.

Working hours

This permanent position is to specifically include weekend cover. The minimum number of days is 3 working days per week (Saturday, Sunday plus Monday or Friday) but ideally this would be a 4 day week (Friday to Monday). The weekend working hours are as follows: Saturday 9am to 4pm; Sunday and Bank Holiday Mondays, 12noon to 4pm. Outside of weekends the normal working hours apply, 9am to 5:30pm. The exact days and working hours can be further discussed at interview stage.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

We are seeking a passionate Front-end Web Developer to drive improved user experience across all devices and to improve performance and efficiency of our Customer’s journey through our purchase funnel. Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the web application. You will work with the UI/UX designer and the back-end developers to bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the web application looks as well as how it works.
